Questions about joining FFN
Clear expectations help build a stronger network. Here are the answers to the questions business owners are most likely to have.
Who is Faith Focused Network for?
FFN is built for Christian business owners and business decision-makers who want to build trusted relationships, give and receive referrals, learn from one another, and participate in a practical Christian business community.
Do I have to be a Christian?
Membership requires sincere affirmation of the FFN Statement of Faith and agreement to the Membership Standards & Professional Conduct requirements.
What do I agree to during onboarding?
Applicants separately affirm the Statement of Faith, agree to Membership Standards & Professional Conduct, agree to the Terms of Use, and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. FFN records the date and versions accepted.
What happens after I apply?
You complete your business profile and required membership commitments. FFN reviews the application before approving the business for full network participation and public directory listing.
What does “Verified FFN Member” mean?
It means the applicant completed FFN's participation requirements and the business is currently approved for network participation. It is not an endorsement, certification, warranty, or guarantee of that business.
Can FFN remove a business or member?
Yes. Conduct that violates FFN requirements, policies, applicable law, or expected standards of professionalism and integrity may result in corrective action, feature restrictions, suspension, directory removal, or termination of membership. Directory and membership actions may occur independently.
Does termination automatically result in a refund?
No. Suspension, directory removal, or termination does not automatically create a right to a refund. Any refund rights are governed by the Terms of Use, the applicable membership offer, and applicable law.
Can a public visitor contact a member business for service?
Yes. Public visitors can use the Request Service option on eligible directory listings to send a private inquiry to that specific FFN member business. The business receives the contact information and message the visitor chooses to submit. FFN facilitates the introduction but is not a party to, guarantor of, or provider of the resulting service relationship.
How do referrals work?
Members can post business needs and other approved members can offer to help. Members remain responsible for deciding whether a referral or business relationship is appropriate.
Does FFN guarantee referrals or business results?
No. FFN provides tools and a community for relationships and opportunities, but does not guarantee leads, referrals, revenue, performance, or other outcomes.
Can two competitors join?
Yes. FFN does not provide category exclusivity or protected territories unless a specific written program says otherwise.
How is my information used?
Some business-profile information is intentionally public when a business is approved for directory listing. Account, communication, and other information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Is FFN a church?
No. FFN is a Christian business membership network. It is not a church, denomination, ministry authority, licensing organization, or substitute for legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice.

What is a Founding Member?
The first 1,000 members who activate an eligible paid FFN membership can receive Founding Member recognition and preferred Founder pricing. The preferred rate remains available while paid membership stays continuous. Founding Members may move between eligible paid Founder plans, but cancellation or termination ends the Founder pricing benefit.
