Every member helps determine the quality of Faith Focused Network. These standards protect a community where Christian business owners can build relationships and make referrals with greater confidence.
What FFN expects from every member
Faith-centered membership
Sincerely affirm the FFN Statement of Faith and seek to conduct business consistently with Christian character and principles.
Honesty & integrity
Represent yourself, your business, qualifications, pricing, products, services, opportunities, and results truthfully.
Professionalism & respect
Communicate professionally and treat members, customers, employees, vendors, and others with dignity and respect—even when beliefs, strategies, or opinions differ.
Lawful & ethical conduct
Do not use FFN for deceptive, fraudulent, exploitative, unlawful, intentionally harmful, or unethical business practices.
Responsible referrals
Use reasonable care when making introductions. Be clear about what you know and do not imply that FFN guarantees a person, company, service, or outcome.
No spam or harassment
Build genuine relationships. Do not use member access for unwanted mass solicitation, repetitive promotion, pressure tactics, harassment, or abusive communication.
Privacy & confidentiality
Respect information shared privately by other members and use member contact information only for legitimate relationship and business purposes.
Protect community trust
Do not misuse FFN's name, verification status, directory, messaging, referrals, groups, events, or other features in a way that could mislead or harm the community.
Membership carries an ongoing responsibility.
FFN may review conduct that appears inconsistent with these standards, our Terms of Use, the Statement of Faith requirements, applicable law, or the professionalism and integrity expected within the community.
Depending on the circumstances, FFN may issue a warning, request corrective action, restrict features, suspend access, remove a business from the public directory, or terminate membership. Directory removal and membership suspension or termination may occur independently. Serious conduct may result in immediate action.
FFN may make membership and directory decisions in its reasonable discretion to protect the integrity, safety, reputation, and purpose of the network, subject to applicable law and the Terms of Use.
Verification is not an endorsement
Membership, verification, directory placement, referrals, or introductions do not constitute an endorsement, certification, warranty, or guarantee by FFN. Members remain responsible for their own due diligence.
