1. Information we collect
We may collect information you provide when creating an account, applying for membership, completing a business profile, communicating with members, participating in groups, events, referrals, or other network features, contacting FFN, or managing membership. This can include your name, email address, business information, location, website, services, faith-related membership affirmations, profile content, messages, and activity within the service.
2. Public business profiles
FFN is a business network and directory. Information you submit for an approved public business profile—including business name, category, description, services, service area, logo, website, referral information, member benefit, and faith-in-business statement—may be visible to the public. Do not place confidential or sensitive personal information in fields intended for public display.
3. How we use information
We use information to operate and secure FFN; review membership applications; maintain profiles and directory listings; provide matching, referrals, connections, messaging, groups, chapters, events, impact features, and member support; administer subscriptions; communicate service information; enforce standards and policies; investigate reports; prevent abuse; and improve the network.
4. Payments
Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. FFN does not need to store full payment-card numbers to operate subscriptions. Payment providers process payment information under their own privacy practices.
5. Cookies, logs, and analytics
FFN may use cookies, session storage, server logs, and analytics or similar technologies to keep members signed in, remember preferences, secure the service, understand usage, troubleshoot problems, and improve performance.
6. When information may be shared
We may share information with service providers that help operate FFN; when necessary to process payments or provide requested functionality; to comply with law or valid legal process; to protect FFN, members, or others; to investigate fraud, abuse, or policy violations; or in connection with a business reorganization or transfer. We do not treat private member information as a product for sale to advertisers.
7. Member communications
Information shared through member messaging, referrals, groups, events, and similar features may be visible to the members involved in those interactions. Members are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of information shared within the network.
8. Public service inquiries
Public visitors may submit service inquiries to an FFN member business through the directory. Information entered in a service inquiry, such as name, email address, optional phone number, service needed, message, and preferred contact method, is shared with the selected member business so it can respond. FFN stores the inquiry to deliver it, notify the member, help the member track its status, prevent abuse, and measure the value generated through the directory. FFN does not sell service-inquiry contact information or distribute an inquiry to unrelated member businesses.
9. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, maintain business and membership records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
10. Your choices
Members can update many business-profile details from their account. You may contact FFN to request assistance with account information, privacy questions, or requests available under applicable law. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, accounting, fraud-prevention, or enforcement purposes.
11. Children
FFN is intended for business owners and professionals and is not directed to children.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as FFN evolves. The effective date will be updated when material revisions are published, and additional notice may be provided when appropriate.
13. Contact
Privacy questions may be submitted through the contact or support method provided by Faith Focused Network.
